The Yummy Experiment hanno provato a fare la coca cola dall'anime Dr. Stone. (Stagione 1 Episodio 15: Il culmine di due milioni di anni)
Ci sono solo 4 ingredienti: coriandolo, lime, acqua gassata e miele caramellato.
Ci sono volute molte prove, ma alla fine è riuscito ad ottenere una cola dal sapore quasi decente.
Vi lascio gli ingredienti e la ricetta. Sono in inglese ma non ho troppa voglia di tradurli adesso 🤣.. è un ottimo esercizio di inglese per voi.

Ingredienti per una bottiglia
- 3 tbsp or 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2-1 lime: juice + zest
- 4-5 tbsp honey
- 200-250ml carbonated water
Ingredienti per 6 bottiglie
- 1 1/2 cups cilantro
- 6 limes: juice + zest
- 1 1/2 cups (360mL) honey
- 1-1.5L carbonated water (total)
(adjust measurements according to your taste)
Procedimento
1. Zest lime
2. Crush cilantro, then add lime zest and mix together
3. Add lime juice and mix
4. Boil honey until it caramelizes
5. Strain the cilantro-lime mixture, add the caramelized honey - this becomes the cola syrup
6. In a bottle or serving glass, add 3-4 tbsp of the cola syrup and 200-250mL of carbonated water.
