Lost City of Z

La Paramount ha acquistato i diritti di un manoscritto intitolato "Lost City of Z".. e Brad Pitt produrrà e reciterà nel film.

Il manoscritto è basato su un articolo di David Grann del 2005 apparso sul New Yorker.. e basato sulla vera ricerca dell'esploratore Col. Percy Harrison Fawcett nel 1925.

Paramount has bought the rights to a new manuscript entitled ‘Lost City of Z’ and Brad Pitt is set to produce and reportedly star in the film.

The Lost City of Z is based on the real-life search for a lost city in the Amazon and Brad is set to produce the film through his production company Plan B. The non-fiction book is about British explorer Col. Percy Harrison Fawcett, who was attempting to find the so-called City of Z when he and his party disappeared in 1925.

The book, based on David Grann’s September 2005 article in the New Yorker, will be published next February.
